*The airport's control tower is the busiest control tower in the world for the seven day period.
*Daily parking fees in EAA lots for autos, motorcycles and RVs is $8.00
*Non-members admission fees for adults $36, student (6-18) $16, and children (5 & under) Free.
*Gates open at 7A.M. each morning!
*Exhibit buildings open 9am to 5pm daily.
*For members admission fees for adults $24 each day or $ 107 for the week, student (6-18) $16 or $53 for the week, and children (5 & under) Free!
*EAA was founded in 1953 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as an organization for people who were building or fixing their own aircraft.
*It is estimated that about 10,000 to 15,000 people attend the event each year.
*In 1998 the name was changed to AirVenture Oshkosh
